Wrestlers

Attendance for practices are mandatory. However, practices can only be missed due to an illness, religious obligation, or other special circumstance that was instigated. During any practice or sporting event, wrestlers are supposed to follow the instructions of their coaches. Wrestlers are first and foremost to have fun while simultaneously working to advance a competitive state through the rules and confines of a match. Furthermore, athletes must wrestle aggressively but fairly at all times. Wrestlers are expected to arrive earlier to practices prior to the scheduled start time with the proper equipment and attire. Additionally, nutrition and rest are also the responsibility of the player. Wrestlers should consistently eat nutritious and healthy food choices that benefit your ability to compete at practices and tournaments. If you have questions about which foods are best for performing athletes, please ask any of our coaches. Responsibility and accountability are expected at all times. C.R.E.A.M.P.U.F.F. Wrestling requests that you care about yourself and the sport of wrestling. Wrestling is not only a sport but a lifestyle and must be respected in this manner. Moreover, athletes must maintain a healthy team attitude. Lastly, our club will inquire for you to promote a positive team attitude as well as a personal and communal sense of sportsmanship.
